Review

Who Killed the American Family? can do more than anything ever written to save the American family. (Barry Farber, host of The Barry Farber Show and of Cocktails with Molotov)Who Killed the American Family goes beyond the clichés of both sides to offer a clear and powerful analysis of the forces that are destroying the family and the consequences that are already ensuing. Mrs Schlafly confronts important issues that are ignored by most advocates for the family. The result is the most penetrating account yet of the civilizational implications of radical ideologies that are not only dismantling the family but doing so quite intentionally and methodically and destroying freedom in the process. (Stephen Baskerville, professor of government, Patrick Henry College and author of Taken Into Custody: The War Against Fathers, Marriage, and the Family)With her characteristic courage and insight, the Iron Lady of the conservative movement indicts all those complicit in the forty-year war on the American family. Phyllis Schlafly exposes how feminists and globalists have worked in cahoots with the public school establishment, the welfare system, the divorce courts, the judges, and “free trade” activists to deconstruct the very heart of American identity and exceptionalism. (Robert W.Patterson, opinion contributor, The Phildelphia Inquirer)My friend, Phyllis Schlafly, has been a prominent figure in the conservative movement for decades. With courage and tenacity she has led the charge against liberal feminists who have been at war with traditional values and the nuclear family of this country. Who Killed the American Family clearly outlines the problems, exposes the players, and provides practical solutions for turning the tide in the culture war and reinstating the eminence of the American Family. (David Limbaugh, lawyer, syndicated columnist, and New York Times bestselling author)Phyllis has represented an unwavering voice of reason about marriage, parenthood, the defense of righteousness, and conservative thought. I admire her greatly and thank God for the impact she continues to have on our nation. (James C. Dobson, Ph.D., president and founder of Family Talk)

Finally! A book supporting traditional family values backed up by facts and true life cases from our judicial system. Schlafly presents a case for the traditional family which has proved successful through the generations and guides you through the false rhetoric repeated in the media by feminists and the ill informed. She tells you how the family has been attacked and even discouraged through tax laws, family laws, the courts, etc... An excellent read for those who believe it is a home that raises a family and NOT the village. The village being code for "the government", ie; judges, social workers, school teachers, child psychologists, etc...

I had all the same suspects figured out, but I did not assign them same weight of priority that she does. After reading her book, and seeing her documentation, I agree with her conclusion.

As a victim of family court corruption, and now as a member of an organization fighting against it, I can positively say that Mrs. Schlafly accurately documents the rampant violations of parental rights and abuses of power in these kangaroo courts.

great read, I am inspired by her...will read other books by her...sad to hear of her passing

We have needed this book for a long time. Thank you Ms. Schafly!!!Too many devoted fathers and children who needed each other have been forced to live apart.God looks on and says, I'm sending a message to you before the dreadful day comes.Let these fathers and children show their love for each other becauseI am thinking of comming and smiteing your homeland with a curse.See the last message of the Old Testament Bible. This book puts the shoes on feet they fit.

The author did an excellent job of showing the problems as well as giving solid solutions. An older woman's wisdom in a world that idolize the young.

wow...speaks the truth

excellent book. what an eye opener it was for me to read this. I then researched what I read and its right on. This book will not only move you, it will also make you want to do something about what you read in your own neighbor. Hard to put down, had to read it twice to get all the golden nuggets out of it. I would strongly recommend this to even young readers.
