Linda Ford has never failed me. She writes such good books,:only thing is that l wish her books were longer. But l still like this book.
I read the complete series in less then a week. Each had a good storyline. However, I suggest that you read them in order to fully enjoy the entire series. I was most surprised by the last book! I intend to read more books by Linda Ford.
I really liked this story about a woman named Sophia, who has had a difficult past. She is hiding with her little boy, because her dead husband's family is trying to take her child from her. The story unfolds with Sophia being found by one of her husband's friends, who is named Buck. Sophia has to decide whether or not she can trust Buck with the truth. Slowly, Buck and Sophia begin to develop feelings for each other. Will they be brave enough to confess their feelings? There is also some conflict with the dead husband's family coming after Sophia, which makes for an interesting story. The story also talks about how we can only truly trust in God.My only complaint was that this story felt too short and I wish I could have read a little bit more about the characters. I see now that it's the fourth book in a series, so I want to read some of the others. Overall, I enjoyed reading this story and I want to read more by this author.
A wonderful story where the main character must decide if she will ever be able to trust her heart again with a man. She and her son are in danger and she seems to have forgotten to trust in the Lord but was putting her trust in herself. When things get tough, she falls back on studying the Bible and finds the comfort she so desperately needs once she had her faith working for her again.
Wagon Train Christmas by Linda Ford is a short sweet story. Has a little drama and a little romance. A good bit of entertainment.
This is the fourth book in this series about love and family and friends that are members of a wagon train
I very much enjoyed reading Wagon Train Christmas. It's well-written plot drew together all the characters I had come to care for into a happy satisfying ending. I only wished I could continue to share their adventures on their trip to California!
This author does an amazing job of taking a solitary premise and turning it into multiple love stories that take place on the trail from Independence, Missouri to Bent's Old Fort in Colorado heading toward Santa Fe, New Mexico. I enjoyed every twist and turn. Christian fiction with strong men and women.
